The challenge continues... and I'm just about keeping up with the required throughput of 16 books per month, but I'm not going to lie - it's tough.
That said, despite feeling like I was taking my foot off the peddle 16 books moved to 'Done' and 1 book summary was created. Here's some more details:
Summary data:
6 x Fiction books - average cycle time increased to 6.3 days
6 x Non-fiction books - average cycle time reduced to 3.2 days
3 x Graphical / Illustrated books - average cycle time increased to 10.8 days - (This is due to an outlier in the data of one book that took 30 days to complete.)
1 x Compilation - average cycle time increased to 9 days
1 x Abandoned
16 books completed in total
Overall my average cycle time for Feb is 6.1 days
What's helping my reading?
Commuting - a 20 minute train journey is enough to get through 20 pages (doing elementary reading at normal speed), but throw in some inspectional reading and some speed and you can easily smash through double that.
Having a broad selection of books to choose from, and the privilege to be able to purchase more when recommendations are made.
What's annoying?
Really good marketing for really boring books. We really shouldn't buy books based on photos of them on Instagram.
We got a puppy this month, and she chewed one of my books...but..how could you not forgive that face!!

What will I try differently in March?
Abandon books sooner. There were 2 books in Feb should have been ditched in the first 20 mins, but ended up increasing my cycle time as I stuck with them

What were the books and what did I think?
