Then I am a nicer person to be around than yesterday (getting there…)
And I am making an opening to engage in further conversation

Given that it is Thursday morning and I am at work sitting at my desk

And I engage in a conversation
Then I am a nicer person to be around than yesterday (this is becoming interesting now…)

Given that it is Friday morning and I am at work sitting at my desk

And I make eye contact

And I engage in conversation
And make physical contact (handshake, high five, pat on the shoulder, hug)
Then I am a nicer person to be around than yesterday (hell yeah!…)
And I have built a closer bond with that person
And I will get to know more about that person
And they will get to know more about me
And I am happy and relaxed
And they are happy and relaxed

Final thoughts
Behaviour is organic.
